Who competes on podium:

All women & men level 10’s / Open & NCAA

Equipment:

LEVEL 1-9 & XCEL Spieth Anderson / ARENA (Level 10) AAI DUE TO NCAA

Entry Process:

1. Entry must be completed online with USA Gymnastics meet reservation page.

2. Mail entry form below along with check for full payment to: 205 E. Bethany, Allen TX 75002

3.No club will be entered until we receive entry form & check for full payment

WEEKEND 1 FEBRUARY 13th -16th ENTRY FORM

WEEKEND 2 FEBRUARY 21st - 23rd ENTRY FORM

ENTRY DEADLINE:

December 1st 2024

Entry Fee:

Level 1-5 & Xcel B / S / G =$135

Level 6-10 & Xcel P / D = $160

Team Entry:

Team competition for all Levels 1-10/Open
Top 3 scores count per gym per level
Teams will only compete with other teams in their session
Team entry $75 per team per level

HOTEL:

The Sheraton is the main host hotel. The coaches / Judges party will be at the Sheraton

GATE FEE: **CASH ONLY**

SINGLE DAY PASS:

Adult $35 / Child ages ( 3 – 12 ) $25 / Senior 65 years & up $25

WEEKEND PASS:

Adult $80 / Child ages (3 – 12 ) $60 / Senior 65 years & up $60

NCAA not included in weekend or day pass

Coaches / Judges Party:

Saturday Night 8:30pm – 2am

Open Bar & DJ

Women’s NCAA Session:

All coaches & judges will be on the NCAA guest list at will call office located at arena main entrance. Will call will open approximately 1 hour before scheduled march in time.

A photo ID is required to gain entry, Coaches & judges will NOT be given a ticket, but a UV hand stamp in order to enter the arena. Coaches & Judges passes are none transferable
