Entry Fee:
All entry fee’s are flat, No extra charge for 2nd or 3rd event.
Level 1 – 4 $100
Level 5-8 $125
Level 9-Elite $150 (Prelims & Finals for all Elite Levels)
Syncro Fee:
Athletes also entered as individual $25 per person (levels 8-Elite Only)
Syncro Only: $75 per person
Fee based on the discipline with the highest level
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON AFTER JANUARY 15
Entry Process:
1. Entry must be completed online with USA Gymnastics meet reservation page.
2. Print your team reservations roster and mail along with check for full payment.
3.No club will be entered until we receive entry form & check for full payment
Entry Deadline:
USAG online reservations closes on December 31st 2025.
Level Changes:
Changes can be made through online reservation system until Dec 31.
All Changes January 1st - 31st will incur a $10 fee per change
All changes February 1st & after will incur a $25 fee per change

Women’s NCAA Session:
COACHES & JUDGES RECEIVE 1 COMPLIMENTARY NCAA TICKET
All coaches & judges will be on the NCAA guest list at will call office located at arena main entrance. Will call will open approximately 1 hour before scheduled march in time.
A photo ID is required to gain entry, Coaches & judges will NOT be given a ticket, but a UV hand stamp in order to enter the arena. Coaches & Judges passes are none transferable
