Best days to fly:

Fly in on Friday night and out on Monday Morning. We can not put out a schedule until January 1st . So If you must make flights before January 1st ,  In on Friday out on Monday is the best way to make sure you do not have to make a flight change after the meet schedule comes out.

Car rental: NO NEED!!
Because the meet and  resturants are all within walking distance, we suggest you don’t rent a car if you are flying to Dallas / Fort Worth.  Get a shuttle or taxi from the airport to the hotel and you are fine to walk from thier
