Women's Coaches Information

TAAF:   Entry fee for all TAAF Gymnastics will be per TAAF R&P. TAAF Gymnasts will NOT be mixed in with USAG Gymnasts.

TAAF Entry's will be acepted after the Thanksgiving deadline with NO late fee. Please try to get your TAAF entry in by Thanksgiving if possible or at least let us know you are coming so we can plan accordinaly.

Podium:
The podium at the Metroplex Challenge are the same measurements as the podium used by USA Gymnastics for USA Championships, World Championships, and the 1996 Olympics.

Who competes on podium:
All Women Level 10’s, Elites & NCAA 

Equipment:
All AAI

Entry Deadline:
Deadline is Thanksgiving, November 25th, 2010
NO deposit required
Level Change Deadline is January 1st, 2011
No Refunds or Substitions for any reason at any time

Entry Fee:
Level 2 -3 $55
Level 4-6 $75
Level 7 – Elite and Hopes $100

TAAF Entry Fee $35 Level 3-6 $40 level 7-8

Team Entry:
Team competition for all Levels 2-10/Open
Top 3 scores count per gym per level
Teams will only compete with other teams in their session
Team entry $40 per team per level

NCAA Session:
NCAA  will compete Saturday night in the arena on podium.

NCAA Ticket:
All coaches from all clubs will get an all access pass to all sessions. Tickets are $20.00

 

Coaches Party:
Saturday Night after the NCAA session (9:00pm – 2:00am) we will have a coaches / judges party. The party is at the  Sheraton.    Drinks & Music provided by Metroplex.

Hotel:
We strongly recommend all coaches and gymnasts families stay at the Sheraton or Hilton. This is the only 2 hotels that will have a special rate for the meet and the only Hotels that are walking distance to the convention center.
